Q: Would Elmer's be interested in raising funds or
donating gift certificates for my cause or charity?
A: We at Elmer's are committed to being a leader in the community. Here are three great ways we can support your cause:
Donation of Gift Certificates
Elmer's has a tradition of supporting local organizations by donating complimentary meal certificates and food for community organizations and schools. We want to make a difference in our communities and are willing to help. If you are interested in our support please submit your request in writing on your organization's letterhead. If the request is regarding a specific event, please remember to include the date of your event as well as a contact name and phone number. Please send all requests to Elmer's Restaurants, Inc., Attn: Donations, PO Box 16938, Portland, OR 97292. Due to the large volume of interest for our community participation, we are unable to respond to every request. For those donations and/or sponsorships we can participate in, we will contact you via letter within 30 days.
Fundraiser Nights
Our Fundraiser Nights are a fun and easy way to raise money for your non-profit organization. All your group members have to do is enjoy a meal at Elmer's and a portion of the proceeds for that night will be donated to your organization. Within 4-6 weeks you will receive your fundraiser night check. It's that easy! Here are three ingredients to help cook up the perfect Fundraiser Night:
1. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT - Contact the Marketing Department at our corporate office via email at comments@elmers-restaurants.com or call us at 800-325-5188 to set up your fundraiser night. We'll help you determine the best date and restaurant location for your event.
2. DEDICATION - Once you complete our Fundraiser Night Agreement and a date for your event is set, we will print flyers for your fundraiser night and send them to the restaurant for you to pick up.
3. ENTHUSIASM - Hand out as many flyers as possible to friends and family. Talk it up! The more people you invite, the more money will be raised for your organization!
Raise Money By Selling Scrip
By purchasing large amounts of our gift certificates (scrip), your non-profit organization can receive quantity discounts. If you buy $100 or more, your non-profit group can receive a 10% discount! Your representatives can then sell the certificates at face value. Q: Where can I get nutritional information on Elmer's menu items?
A: Unfortunately, we do not provide nutritional information on our Elmer's menu items. With over 30 locations in 5 states there are many different vendors, which makes it extremely difficult to obtain nutritional information for our items.
Q: Are you bringing an Elmer's to my town?
A: At this time we are looking for future growth opportunities throughout the Western states. You can find a complete list of our restaurants by visiting our locations page, which will be updated as new restaurants open.
Q: What are the operating hours for the Elmer's nearest to me?
A: Most of our restaurants are open for 6 am to 9 pm seven days a week. However, some restaurant hours do vary so please be sure to contact the location nearest you. Phone numbers can be found on our locations page.
